Join our Metabolic Wellness Program! Over eight weeks, we'll guide you in using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) – a wearable device that tracks your glucose non-stop. You'll learn how to tweak your daily habits to boost your metabolic health. Enjoy engaging videos, live webinars with our experts, and exclusive member-only content. As a health education program, we can guide you on using your CGM, but do not offer medical advice or interpretation of your glucose data.
COST
$199.00 enrollment fee + the price of the CGM (Click here to learn more about the CGM.)
Are you worried about costs? Good news! We can waive the $199 enrollment fee for a limited number of applicants. If you think you might qualify and want to learn more, apply here for the fee waiver. After you apply, just hang tight! We'll get back to you within 5 business days to let you know the next steps before you move forward with enrollment.

- Live Zoom webinars: Wednesdays, 12:00-12:45 PM (PST)
- Sign up by October 27th at 8:59 PM (PST), or before spots run out—whichever is sooner.
WHO CAN JOIN?
- Adults aged 18 and older.
- You must reside in California when the program starts to get a CGM prescription.
- If you're not in California, you can still join, with or without your own CGM.
- Note: We can't enroll individuals with Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes on insulin, or those with chronic kidney disease on dialysis.
ABOUT THE CGM PRESCRIPTION
We provide a one-month CGM prescription with optional refills for up to a year (which expire after one year).
