Beyond the Fourth Trimester Group (Via Zoom) Hosted by experienced Infant Care and Lactation educators, these free, drop-in groups allow you to connect with other new parents around all the changes and challenges with an older baby (4-9 months): -navigating changing roles and responsibilities as a family -feeding and introduction of solids -interrupted sleep and how to cope -ways to nurture yourself -returning to work -balancing work, home, relationships, self, and baby -your role as a parent -and more Register for the week you would like to begin attending the group and we will send you the recurring Zoom access information. This group is appropriate for parents and babies from 4 to 9 months.
